| Eagle Bend has developed more than thirty neighborhoods throughout the Knoxville area. The company works with local, quality residential builders, including Cronan Construction, Champion Construction, Saddlebrook Homes, HMH Construction, Randy Faulkner, Don Stewart, B.L. Ball, Danny Evans, Gary Cooper, Mike Smith, Wally Conard, Nova Homes and Dave Whisnant Construction.
"The market has been dominated by a small number of large developers, and a lot of local builders haven't had anywhere to go,: Davis notes. "Our livelihood depends on the builders' success," he says.
"That is one reason our business has grown like it has, because of the location of our developments," he adds. "From a builder's prospective, we provide buildable lots where people want to live."
Eagle Bend is successful doing just that, with an estimated 1,500 new homes that have been constructed or in the planning stages. These developments have been constructed in thriving West, East and North Knoxville.
